WITH AUDRAROX Inc.
Class info and Teacher bios
Come join in the fun at Music for Aardvarks classes
- a musical experience for families with children ages 3 months to 5 years

We will explore music through song & gesture, dance & movement, rhythm training, and instrument play; using original music that celebrates the lives of children growing up in an urban environment.
Written by David Weinstone, songs like Taxi, City Kid, and Subway provide children with a positive image of their world and help them relate to their surroundings.
Musical Genius (former child prodigy) and Founder of Music for Aardvarks -- David Weinstone attended Berklee College of Music, where he studied theory, composition and guitar. He came to New York to pursue a career as a singer/songwriter. He has written and recorded for film, radio and television. David is also a parent and enjoys cookies and milk.
***Our 3-5 year old drop-off class
has become a big hit!!
If your older child loves music & drama they will enjoy the theatrical element to this class.
Through pretend we discover the joy & importance of songs! We can write songs and plays,

Kevin Meeker
Over the last couple of years, singer-songwriter, producer-engineer, and pre-school music teacher, Kevin Meeker, has found a home performing music for New York families. Most days Kevin stays busy teaching various pre-school music classes in and around Brooklyn and Manhattan, including a whole gang load of Music for Aardvarks. However, when nighttime rolls around, he’s usually tucked away in his recording studio, where he continues to forge his own original kids’ music under the name, Opus Ditty & the Hoedown Gang.
Their first album titled “Opus Ditty & the Joyride Jet Engine Bus“ incorporates music with clever audio vignettes that take the listener on a journey from city streets, to music class, the park, the Rainforest, the farm, and even into the realm of dreams. Lately, however, the group has been up to something new… stayed tuned for episode one of “The Adventures of Opus Ditty & the Hoedown Gang.”
